Clarisse Crémer skippered the IMOCA L'Occitane en Provence in the Vendee Globe 2024, finishing  in 11th place after 77 days, 15 hours and 34 minutes at sea. This was the second time she has finished the single handed round the world race.

The story started in 2023 when Alex Thomson reached out to Clarisse to see if she wanted to take part in the 2024 edition of the race and the rest as they say is history. Clarisse and Alex launched the campaign with the purpose to highlight the "Race for Equity" message in the ocean racing world.

"This project is an incredible human and professional adventure. I never imagined I'd come so far in such a short time, and I'm grateful to have got this far. I can't wait to get back into racing, and qualify for a second Vendée Globe circumnavigation." - Clarisse CREMER
